Mastering is the final step before releasing a song. A mix might sound good in your room, but a master will sound good everywhere: it’ll fit nicely into any playlist, and will flow seamlessly within an overall project. You give us a stereo mix, and we deliver a final master.
Mixing
Mixing, in its simplest form, is the act of transforming everything you recorded into a single stereo file. It’s the step in the chain before mastering, and at The Old Quarry, we can handle this too.
